Harry D. Nguyen (Ph.D.) is a Director (MSc CS) at the School of Computer Science and Information Technology, University College Cork – National University of Ireland, Cork, Ireland. He is an investigator with Insight SFI Research Centre for Data Analytics and SFI Centre for Research Training in Artificial Intelligence (CRT-AI). Dr Nguyen has been working on large-scale research projects to develop reliable artificial intelligence for sustainable development goals. His work in knowledgeable machine intelligence, robust decision optimisation and mobile interactive systems have been published in many conferences and journals, including AAAI Conference on Artificial Intelligence (AAAI), AI Open, ACM Multimedia (ACMMM), and Health and Quality of Life Outcomes. Dr Nguyen has been serving as a committee member/reviewer at top-tier research venues, including Nature Sustainability, NeurIPS, AAAI, UAI, ECAI, and ICDM. In addition, he has been chairing many AI/ML competitions and events, such as reliable intelligence on social media, AI for COVID-19 detection and MLOps challenges. Dr Nguyen is also a Director of Tech Industry Alliance, connecting Tech, Business and Innovation with over 200 organisational members in Ireland.

Duc-Trong-Le (Ph.D.) is currently the Head of the Department of Computer Science, Faculty of Information Technology, University of Engineering and Technology, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-UET). He received his Bachelor of Information Technology (Honor Program) from (VNU-UET) in 2011 and his PhD in Information Systems from Singapore Management University (SMU) in 2019. His research interests include Web/Text Data Mining, Recommendation Systems, Multimodal Machine Learning, and Reliable AI. He is the author and co-author of more than 30 scientific papers appearing at top-tier conferences on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning such as IJCAI, AAAI, EMNLP, ACMMM, COLING, ECML-PKDD. He is also a reviewer for these conferences namely IJCAI, AAAI and ISI-Q1 journals including TKDE, TKDD, TITS, NEUCOM, TAFFC. In addition, he is the principal investigator or researcher of many research projects on Trustworthy AI (QG23.37), AI for Healthcare (Lung Cancer Diagnosis - KC4.0-40\19-30, Diagnosis of Ear, Nose and Throat Diseases in Children - KC4.0), Environmental AI (Typhoon Forecast - VinIF.2023.DA019) and Customer Behavior AI (Customer Excellent Experience - VinIF.2022.DA0087).

Xuan-Son Vu (Ph.D.) is a senior researcher at WASP Media and Language at Umeå University, Sweden, and the Founder of DeepTensor AB. He received his Ph.D degree from the Umeå University. He obtained a M.Sc degree in Computer Science, Kyungpook National University in Korea, with focus on NLP and Machine Learning. His work has been primarily focused on knowledge - both acquiring knowledge from text, multimodal data, and using structured knowledge to power downstream applications. He is PI / Co-PI of as well as co-PI for a number of projects financed by WASP, Swedish Research Council (VR), and a reviewer for journals/conferences including TheWebConf, ECAI, ICDM, PAKDD, SSR, SC2, COSE (Computer & Security), IJCAI, ACL, TPAMI.

Dr Johanna Björklund is an Associate Professor in Computer Science at Umeå University with a focus on semantic analysis of multimodal data, in other words, on automatic methods for translating complex media objects, such as a video with audio tracks and subtitles, into a graph-based format suitable for further algorithmic processing. She is Director for the Wallenberg Research Arena for Media and Language, PI for a project on semantic parsing financed by the Swedish Research Council and for a project on AI-driven advertising financed by MMW, as well as co-PI for a number of projects financed by KAW, WASP, and MMW. In addition to her academic pursuits, she is a co-founder of Codemill, Aeterna Labs, and DeepTensor, deep-tech companies that provide products and services for video producers, digital publishers, and advertisers. Notable clients include producers and publishers such as The Guardian, The BBC, Amazon Studios, and ProSieben. Finally, she acts as an expert advisor for the Wallenberg Launchpad and the VC Navigare.
